We are now in Phase 3 of the government’s lockdown release which means we can start to see ‘routine’ appointments as well as emergencies. We are, however, still limited to the number of patients we can see daily in line with social distancing rules.

This means attending to the huge backlog of appointments we need to catch up on will be a slow process. The fairest way to do this is by appointing those who have not been seen at the clinic for the longest period of time first and working forwards.
