Cailin Miller

Cailin joined the Park Orthodontics team in August 2021.

She previously worked in the hospitality sector and was familiar with working in a busy environment in a customer-facing role.

In her previous job, she participated in hotel functions, such as weddings and parties, and worked as a restaurant supervisor in a hotel setting.

When Cailin joined the team, she was already interested in working in the dental profession; she felt ready for a new challenge and career change.

Her welcoming, friendly, and bubbly nature, along with the experience she gained in her former roles, made her the perfect candidate for the dental receptionist position available at Park Orthodontics.

Now settled into her role, she finds her work incredibly rewarding and loves being part of the patient’s journey, from answering the initial phone call from a patient interested in changing their smile to seeing the transformation in the patients when their treatment has been completed.

The apparent growth in a person’s confidence when they have the smile of their dreams makes Cailin feel sure that she made the right decision to change her career and move to work in the dental profession!

Cailin says she loves being part of the team at Park Orthodontics because everyone is so friendly and caring that it feels like she now has a second family.

She passionately believes that the teams’ arduous work reflects the ethos at Park Orthodontics, with everyone working towards providing the best possible patient experience they can.

In her spare time, Cailin likes to socialise with her friends. She used to do Irish dancing from the tender age of eight but stopped competing several years ago.

She now prefers attending fitness classes and going to the gym instead.
