An opportunity has become available for a part-time qualified Orthodontic Therapist to join our specialist Park Orthodontics practice.

We provide clinical excellence in orthodontic dentistry, and our outstanding services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of every patient.

What can Park Orthodontics offer you as a Qualified Orthodontic Therapist?

  • Part-time hours – flexible days to suit you (typically Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday morning)

An opportunity has become available for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our specialist Park Orthodontics practice in Glasgow.

Our reception team plays an important part in the experience we provide to every patient. From the first telephone conversation to welcoming patients into the practice and helping them throughout their journey, you will often be one of the first people they meet at Park Orthodontics.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will help ensure that our patients receive a professional, friendly and efficient experience whenever they contact or visit Park Orthodontics.

Your role will include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the practice in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering telephone calls and communicating clearly and confidently with patients
  • Helping patients with enquiries and directing them to the appropriate member of the team
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a busy practice environment
  • Using computer-based systems to support reception and administrative duties
  • Accurately handling and balancing money and maintaining appropriate records
  • Working closely with the wider Park Orthodontics team to provide an excellent patient experience
  • Supporting appropriate sales opportunities within the practice
