Colleagues describe Cadie as exceptionally helpful and motivated, qualities she brings to every aspect of her role. Cadie thrives on the diversity of her day-to-day tasks, from assisting various orthodontic therapists to managing the upkeep of surgical instruments and ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead.

Her ability to adapt to different clinicians and learn from each one’s unique approach is a testament to her eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

One of Cadie’s favourite aspects of her job is being part of a patient’s journey to achieving the perfect smile. She finds great joy in building relationships with patients, especially those she sees regularly over the course of their treatment.
